Nameless reserves the right to refuse service for any reason

Nameless closes at 2 AM; orders stop 30 minutes before closing

BYOB is per person at each table with a bottle

Nameless has a strict capacity limit, please make sure the entire party is present to allow for a pleasant experience

ID's will be checked with any credit card transaction

Servers will close out after every transaction during peak business hours for smooth service

Management/Establishment is not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or broken items, including but not limited to:

• Items in patrons' cars

• Credit Cards

• Keys

• Phones

• Wallets & Purses

Every seating area has a max capacity 10 people

Please do not stand on the furniture

Any damage done to hookahs/heads must be paid for

Security will check all people and bags entering the building

Patrons may be asked to leave for not following rules or being otherwise rude/unruly

Management/Establishment is not responsible for any physical or bodily damage done by, including but not limited to, coals, smoking, or slip/fall
